Often viewed as the elephant in the room the topic of DEI is often overlooked as an, eye rolling, “woke” construct bringing little benefit to the workforce and organisational ROI.

What We Do and Who We Are
All courses are facilitator led, by experienced professional facilitators and auditors, with a vast knowledge of industrial, retail and financial services compliance. Courses are discussion based (Harkness) and encourage participants to engage in the process. Learning takes place through interactive presentations, dialogue and exchange of ideas among participants – encouraging engagement and critical thinking. Discussion based learning facilitates real-world, practical and relevant course experience.
DRIVE Diversity was conceived out of a need, in the UK business market, to enlighten, educate and encourage organisation leaders to build inclusive workplaces and brands.

Founder Tan Bell (BA Psych) with a background in cognitive behaviour and forensic psychology, returned to the UK, from Canada in 2022. Bringing a wealth of knowledge to the DEI table having enjoyed a successful 30 year professional career within corporate, retail and industrial facilitation and training.
